What are your delivery days?

We deliver across Malta on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Deliveries to Gozo are made on Mondays.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free of charge for all locations.

Can I specify a delivery time?

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we strive to deliver your order between 9 AM and 7 PM. If you wish to change the delivery location, please contact us via the Contact Us form at least one day before the scheduled delivery. We will notify you one hour before we are on the way to deliver your order.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. Orders are delivered according to our regular delivery schedule, which is Tuesday and Thursday for Malta and Monday for Gozo.

What if I am not home when the delivery is made?

If you are not home, our delivery driver will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange for re-delivery. If you know you won’t be home, please contact us via the Contact Us form, and we will arrange for a delivery on the next scheduled day or to a new location where you will be available.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging, unharmed condition to be eligible for returns.

What will I get if I refer a friend?

When you refer a friend and they make a purchase, you will receive a promo code for a €5 discount, once they submitted their order, you will receive a link within 24 hours. Your friend will also receive a €5 discount when using the same code at checkout.
